Masala – World’s Edge Meadery. Hendersonville, North Carolina Mead infused with natural Chai Tea flavor. Color of polished gold, very clear. Révant – Biltmore Estate

Révant Biltmore Estate Winery White wine blend. Pale lemon in color. Nose of white peach, honeysuckle, lemon, banana, lychee, and cream cheese. Light bodied with medium-high acidity. Dry Rosé The Winery at Biltmore Estate. Vintage 2019 Medium pink-orange in color. Medium bouquet of strawberries , cranberries, fresh sliced watermelon, honeysuckle, white peaches, and rose petals. Mildly prominent legs, medium acidity, and nice mouthfeel for a rosé. It’s dry on the tongue though does lend some slight residual sugar.
