Straw in color, perhaps unpolished gold.
Label describes as effervescent, though it’s certainly bubbly!
Off-dry
Nose and taste are spot on with notes of freshly picked green apple. True to it’s claim, crisp with a tart finish.
6% ABV.
We picked up this bottle at Fair Game Beverage Company in Pittsboro. Fair Game serves as the cideries tasting room.

Chatham Cider Works makes small batch hard ciders from North Carolina grown apples.
Their website states they work with local apple growers to source the apples that give complex, satisfying flavors.
