Tyku Saki

Tyku Sake

Tasting two – Cucumber sake and Coconut sake.

Produced at famed Umenoyado Brewery in Nara, Japan.

The Coconut is a Nigori (unfiltered) sake.

The Cucumber is Junmai (filtered) sake.

The coconut has structured body, sweet with pronounced flavors of coconut and lingering hints of vanilla.

The cucumber is lighter in body, crisp and refreshing with a pronounced flavor profile of cucumber.

Each sake is 12% ABV.

Serve chilled.

Shake before serving.

These are premium sake.

Both are really enjoyable. Though within our group of four, there was a consensus on the cucumber being our favorite!
