Our wine tonight is the Queen from St. Paul Mountain Vineyards in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Sweet Red blend….80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 6 months in oak. Decanted for 30 minutes. Serve at cellar temperature.
