Color: Medium Ruby with a youthful light rim.
Nose: cherry, plum, blueberry, cocoa, and vanilla.
Palate: dry and silky on the tongue, medium tannins with balanced acidity and medium flavor notes of plum preserves, black currant, dried fig, prunes, raisins, and dark spice.
Finish: medium finish with a little hint of oak and smoke.
ABV: 14%
Final Evaluation: very smooth red blend perfect for pairing with a sizzling steak or red sauce pasta dish. Currently drinking really good with a reasonable expectation to pleasantly age for an additional 3-5 years.
