April 26, 2025 – Established the Yucaipa Valley AVA located in San Bernardino County in California.
May 15, 2024 – Established the Upper Cumberland AVA in Middle Tennessee.
May 10, 2024 – TTB sent a reminder about transferring “Shiners” – the common name for unlabeled bottles of wine.
The reminder stated that while technically not allowed by regulation, reiterated the current policy of “looking the other way” for shiners being transferred between bonded wineries.
